Once again, the Joyce Rey Team led by Joyce Rey, a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Property Specialist affiliated with the Beverly Hills office of Coldwell Banker Realty, has earned the distinguished achievement of being ranked among the top real estate agents and teams in the United States, this year earning the No. 3 spot within the medium size category. The ranking was announced in the 2020 REAL Trends “The Thousand” report published in The Wall Street Journal and is based on achieving $285,736,222 in closed sales volume in 2019.
“Joyce and her team are synonymous with outstanding service and luxury real estate in Los Angeles, and year after year, they continue to surpass the highest expectations,” said Jamie Duran, president of Coldwell Banker Realty Southern California. “We congratulate Joyce and her team on this well-deserved honor.”
“The Thousand” ranking consists of all real estate agents and teams throughout the United States who took part in residential real estate transactions in 2019. The individual rankings are divided into two top 250 categories, based on closed transaction sides and closed sales volume. This year, team rankings are divided into three categories by team size, based on closed transaction sides and closed sales volume. To qualify, an individual agent had to achieve or exceed 50 closed transaction sides or $20 million in closed sales volume for the prior year. A team must have attained or surpassed 75 closed transaction sides or $30 million in closed sales volume for the prior year.
Most recently, The Joyce Rey Team ranked in the Top 10 Large Teams of four or more members based on gross commission income for 2019 throughout North America in the Coldwell Banker® system.
